Release Notes – April 2026
Update of work completed up to April 2026
New Features
Direct site links for faster storage booking
Customers can now go straight to the rental page for the site they selected, without having to choose the location again. This makes booking quicker and clearer for occupiers, while helping operators deliver a smoother, more reliable online experience with less confusion and fewer drop-offs.
Clearer Shop analytics for better visibility
Operators can now see a simpler view of Shop activity over time, making it easier to track contracts, reservations, customers, and documents in one place. This gives teams a clearer picture of customer progress, helps highlight where people drop off, and supports smoother follow-up with less manual checking.

Improvements to existing features
Automatic session timeout for more accurate availability
Shop sessions now time out after a period of inactivity, helping prevent abandoned bookings from appearing as reserved units. This keeps availability clearer for teams and customers, reduces confusion, and supports smoother day-to-day operations with less manual follow-up.

Country-specific address formatting
Addresses on the Address page now display in the format that matches each country, making details clearer and easier to review. This creates a more polished experience for occupiers and supports greater consistency across the portal.
Improved image uploads for size codes and items
The process for uploading unit size and item images has been streamlined to be more user-friendly, reducing the time and effort needed to manage your site's visual content.
Flexible Registration Forms
Operators can now choose to hide the identification number field from Shop and Portal registration forms when it's not required for their business processes, creating a simpler registration experience.
Spaceman Desktop
Discount Calculation Enhancement
Improved discount calculation accuracy by using the contract's site date instead of the current logged-in site's startup date. This ensures the correct discount rates are applied based on when and where the contract was originally created, providing more accurate charges and discount calculations.
Graph API Email Management
You can now configure and manage Microsoft Graph API email credentials directly in the Site Settings under Email Settings. This makes it easier to update expired credentials and ensures your API details are stored in one centralised location instead of across multiple database entries.
Bug fixes (9 total)
This release includes 9 bug fixes addressing contract wizards, terms and conditions display, theme colors, automated processes, contact management, questionnaires, stock levels, email functionality, and credit processing.
