Spaceman Shop Analytics Report
A new analytics report is now available for operators to track and review key metrics about their Spaceman Shop usage, helping them understand customer behavior and shop performance.
Direct Site Landing from External Websites
Customers clicking a link from an operator's website can now be taken straight to the rental page for that specific location, skipping the site selection step. If the linked location is valid and has units available, the customer goes directly to choosing a unit size. If the location is unavailable, a helpful message is shown and the customer can browse all available sites instead.
Improvements to existing features
New Space Manager Branding Across All Products
All Spaceman products have been updated with the new Space Manager brand identity. Spaceman Ops, Spaceman Shop, Spaceman Portal, and Spaceman Desktop now feature a refreshed logo, updated favicon, and a new colour theme including the new primary purple, pink action colour, yellow secondary, and updated navigation bar colours. Contract status indicators in Spaceman Shop and Spaceman Portal have also been corrected to display in their proper individual colours.
Shopping Basket Display Enhancement
Improved the text readability in the shopping basket modal by changing the text color from gray to black, ensuring better visibility and user experience.
Updated Fonts and Responsive Layout
The application's typography has been refreshed with a modern, cleaner typeface across all pages, giving the interface a more contemporary appearance. A secondary accent font has been introduced for prices, numbers, and tags. Additionally, the responsive layout system has been improved with a refined breakpoint structure, providing a better viewing experience across desktop monitors, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. Email notifications have also been updated to use the new fonts.
Improved Item Selection Experience
The storage sale and hire item selection pages in Spaceman Shop have been redesigned with a new card-based layout. Items are now displayed as clear visual cards, making it easier to browse and select options. Pricing display has been improved with better visual hierarchy, and the quantity selector has been updated to match the new design style.
Spaceman Desktop
Web Report Template Management
Added a new menu option "Change Web Report Layout" to the document templates menu, allowing you to customize web report layouts directly from the template management interface. This works alongside the existing "Change Layout" option for standard reports.
Spaceman Shop Access Control
Spaceman Shop now offers custom access control settings, allowing operators to choose when access passwords are generated and whether they are shown to customers after booking.
Report Duplication Button
Added a "Duplicate" button to the reports form that allows you to quickly create a copy of an existing report. When selected, you'll be prompted to enter a new name for the duplicated report, making it easier to create variations of existing reports.
Site Form Default Selection
When opening a site details form in Maintenance - Sites, no data field is now selected by default. This prevents the accidental overwriting of the site name or other fields that could occur if a user inadvertently pressed a key while a field was highlighted.
BACS Transaction Comment Field
A new comment field has been added when creating or editing manual BACS transactions. This allows users to add a remark describing the purpose of the transaction.
Bug fixes
This release includes 22 bug fixes across Spaceman Web and Spaceman Desktop, delivering the following benefits to customers:

Improved portal reliability: Resolved issues that could prevent occupiers from accessing Spaceman Portal under certain configurations, and fixed shopping basket sessions expiring prematurely for users in different timezones.

More accurate financial processing: Corrected several issues related to deposit credits, credit note generation during contract cancellations, and late charge processing, ensuring billing documents are accurate and properly classified.

Better international support: Fixed errors that occurred when servers used non-English decimal formats (e.g., comma as decimal separator), ensuring Spaceman Shop works reliably across all regional settings.

Enhanced communication tools: Mailmerge email processing now gracefully skips invalid email addresses instead of stopping entirely, and payment receipts are now generated with the correct document templates.

Improved user interface consistency: Several display corrections including proper profile picture loading, accurate custom setting names, corrected map pin positioning, and clearer column labels throughout the application.

Greater system stability: Fixed intermittent errors when opening contracts, protected system-managed jobs from accidental deletion, and prevented the automatic logoff timer from interrupting critical startup routines.

Regulatory compliance: Invoice rollback now prompts for a correction reason, supporting compliance with KSeF (Polish electronic invoicing) requirements.
