Shop Size Selection Filtering
Customers can now filter and sort available storage sizes using type categories, size tiers, and price tiers. A new "Filter By" panel provides sorting by price (ascending/descending) and filtering by configured grouping dimensions. Each sizecode is tagged with its category, and options with no sizes are automatically hidden. The default grouping method set by the operator is always visible in the top bar.

Persistent Basket Display
The shopping basket is now always visible during the booking process. On desktop, the basket displays in a side panel showing selected items and running total. On mobile, a persistent bottom bar shows the basket total and number of items. The basket icon has been moved from the top navigation bar to provide a more prominent, accessible shopping experience.

Branding Refresh
Updated Spaceman Web desktop jobs and reports to display the current logo and branding, replacing outdated assets. Affected items: Spaceman Shop Images, the View All Images report, the Spaceman Shop Analytics report, Spaceman Portal Registrations, and the Spaceman Web Setup Helper Log.
Spaceman Desktop
Size Code Discounts on Discount Schemes
You can now restrict an initial discount scheme to specific size codes and control the order in which those discounts apply, directly from the Discount Scheme form. This is available when Shop is enabled.
Assigned Discounts Tab on Size Codes
Spaceman Shop now offers custom access control settings, allowing operators to choose when access passwords are generated and whether they are shown to customers after booking. A new Assigned Discounts tab on the size code form shows which discount schemes apply to that size code at each site, with an option to view active assignments only and to disable discounts for that size code. This is available when Shop is enabled.
Bug fixes
This release includes 14 bug fixes across Spaceman Web and Spaceman Desktop, delivering the following benefits to customers:
- Improved financial accuracy and billing: Corrected vacation deposit credit notes that displayed zero charges or printed across two pages, fixed "Paid To" / "Paid Ahead" calculations so accounts with outstanding balances are correctly flagged, and resolved late letters being generated for accounts with nothing outstanding after auto-allocation.
- Better access control and security: The "Run Access Control" and "Display Access Password" settings for Spaceman Shop can now be configured independently. The unit access password is now correctly displayed in Spaceman Shop for sites with external access control.
- Greater system stability and installation reliability: Resolved an intermittent file-upload error during Spaceman Cloud installations, and fixed a database issue causing site selection errors in Spaceman Ops.
- Improved reporting and document tracking: Payment receipts generated from Spaceman Portal and Spaceman Shop now correctly record the source for accurate tracking and reporting. The post-payment summary page now correctly shows the reservation number.
- Better international and regional support: Fixed "CHAR(39)" appearing literally in French language emails instead of an apostrophe, and corrected Active Directory login applying incorrect regional settings for dates.
- Customer form and workflow improvements: Fixed an error that appeared on the Transactions tab after vacating a contract from the customer form.
