Improvements to existing features

Signable documents are now displaying correctly

Now, whenever occupiers log into Spaceman Portal, they can instantly view their officially signed contract no more duplicate files or missing signatures. This seamless update improves clarity and trust, making it easier for customers to confirm their agreements online and reducing the need for manual follow-ups. Users benefit from smoother operations, and customers enjoy a reliable, transparent experience when managing their contracts, so everyone can move forward with confidence and ease.

 

Bug fixes

Corrected French translation in Spaceman Shop

Corrected an incorrect French translation for monthly pricing (“sur mois” to “par mois”) in Spaceman Portal, ensuring clear and professional information for French-speaking users.

 

Formatting changes to the site cards

Recently, the headings on the Spaceman Shop map page appeared centered, making the page look unfamiliar and less polished. This update restores the left alignment of the site card headings, matching the rest of the page and creating a more consistent, professional, and reassuring experience for users browsing Spaceman Shop.

 
 

Clear message when incorrect link is used

Users who enter an incorrect or unavailable link in Spaceman Portal will now see a clear, informative message instead of a blank page. This improvement reduces confusion, making it easier for everyone to understand what went wrong and get back on track quickly, leading to a more reassuring and user-friendly experience.

 

Payment pending email displays customer email correctly

Payment pending emails from the portal now display the customer’s email address and relevant transaction details correctly, replacing unclear tags and missing information. This improvement ensures customers receive clearer, more informative messages about their payments, reducing confusion and building trust in your communications.

 

Contract numbering error fixed

Contract numbering now supports much higher values, preventing errors during payment and booking when the sequence grows. This update ensures occupiers can continue to create and pay for contracts smoothly, delivering reliable service and uninterrupted operations as your business grows.

 

Avoid Minimum Currency errors returned by Stripe for Occupiers

Occupiers are now clearly informed if a payment amount is below Stripe’s minimum before trying to pay, preventing confusing errors and ensuring a smoother, frustration-free checkout experience. This update helps users understand payment rules upfront, leading to fewer interruptions and a more reliable portal and shop journey.
