New Features

Give Notice to Vacate Directly from the Portal

Occupiers can now give notice to vacate online in just a few clicks, choosing their planned move-out date without needing to call the site. Both the occupier and the site receive clear email confirmations, and the contract is visibly marked as “notice given,” follow-up calls, and manual rework for everyone.

Norwegian Shop & Portal Ready for Go-Live

The Shop and Portal are now available in Norwegian, making it easy for local occupiers to browse, book, and manage their storage in their own language. This helps operators launch a smooth, customer-friendly online experience in Norway.

Improvements to existing features

Hide Specific Units from Online Booking

Operators can now easily hide selected units from the Shop so that only the units they choose are available for online booking. This keeps your web offers clear and controlled, avoids overexposing limited or special units, and helps customers see only the options you truly want to sell online.

Faster Customer Lists for Busy Sites

We’ve streamlined how customer lists load in Spaceman Ops, so pages open more quickly and reliably, even for sites with thousands of customers. This reduces timeouts and error messages, giving operators a smoother, less frustrating experience when searching and managing customers day to day.

Spaceman Desktop

Quickly Copy Setup Lists for Faster Configuration

Operators can now duplicate existing setup lists in a couple of clicks, instead of rebuilding them from scratch each time. This makes it easier to create variations, saves time on repetitive data entry, and reduces the risk of mistakes when configuring options for customers, contracts, and transactions.

Faster APS Reconciliation with Fewer Pop-Ups

APS reconciliation now lets you choose a default answer for creating unallocated receipts, so you’re not repeatedly clicking through the same question for large batches. This speeds up end-of-day processing, reduces interruptions, and makes handling high volumes of APS transactions smoother and less error-prone.

See All Key Contract Movement Details in One Place

The Contract Movements tab now shows more of the important movement details you rely on, such as notice dates, discounts, and payment status, all in a single, scrollable view. This gives operators a clearer picture of each contract’s history at a glance, reducing the need to dig into other screens and helping you resolve queries faster.

Faster Overlock Removal with Fewer Prompts

Operators can now choose a default answer for the “Remove Overlock” question when reconciling manual APS transactions, instead of clicking through the same prompt over and over. This streamlines high-volume reconciliations, cuts down repetitive clicks, and helps teams move through lock changes more quickly and consistently.
